• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment in order to fill out the client information form.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, a price schedule may change before our website does.
• Cancellation Policy: To better serve all of our clients, Holistic Health Spa requires 24 hours notice when canceling.
• Group appointments of 2 people or more require a credit card to hold reservation.
• Age Requirements: A parent or guardian must be present or give signed consent for treatments to clients under the age of 18.
• Peace and quiet are essential elements of a relaxing spa experience. Please, if possible, turn off pagers and cell phones.
